Due to her very successful sales skills, the CEO sent her to work for a few months leasing space and training other sales consultants in both Paris and Brussels.
After departing the group in 2004 she took some time out to experience living and working in the UK.

Christine has worked in the Customer Service industry for the past 9 years in various roles. While living in Ireland she worked in the telephony, financial and pharmaceutical industries creating and building client relationships. She began her career with Asian Pacific Building Corporation in August 2009 and quickly moved up the ranks to manage the Toorak Business Centre before taking on the challenge of a Sales & Leasing role.
Her enthusiastic communication skills, diplomacy and dedication with her clients both internal and external enable her to quickly plan, project and implement strategies to make transitions as simple as possible. The belief she holds of "not just giving the customer what they want, give them what they thought they'd never get" makes her an ideal role model for the business.
When Christine is not working hard, she enjoys writing, going to the football and the experience of enjoying other cultures of the world.

Karen started her employment with Asian Pacific Business Centres in the capacity of Receptionist in 1999 at our Kew site and was promoted to the role of Business Centre/Client Services Manager and has worked at our Exchange Tower and St Kilda Road sites in this capacity. After spending two years in Adelaide working for a property developer and another two years in Perth in a customer service focused role, Karen realised her passion lay with Asian Pacific Building Corporation and has re-joined the company as our Team Leader/Client Services at Kew Business Centre.
Karen brings to the company a wealth of knowledge in customer service and enjoys the interaction with clients and colleagues that this role entails. Karen's positive, can do approach ensures that all clients requirements are totally fulfilled to ensure your move in to a Service Office or Commercial Lease will undoubtedly be a smooth process.
In her spare time if Karen isn't shopping up a storm at Chadstone, she enjoys dining out in the company of friends, great food and a glass (or two) of wine.

Starting out in student accommodation, Hsiu moved into commercial property management when she joined Melbourne Commercial in 2007. She has developed an excellent working knowledge of property management with a specialisation in high-rise strata developments.
Currently managing a dynamic team of portfolio managers, Hsiu thrives on innovative thinking to get the best possible results for her clients. Her can-do attitude and commitment to customer service ensures that each and every client gets number one priority at all times. Hsiu believes that teamwork is important to achieving goals, and has built a strong rapport amongst her peers.

Through this role Becky enjoys working closely with landlords and tenants alike to ensure ultimate outcomes for all parties and the smooth transition from new clients to long term customers.
Becky's role is varied and includes the management of Asian Pacific's new Art Series Hotel sites along with Bell City, Exchange & Collins Street Towers, through her reliable and thorough approach she has been able to build honest relationships with both investors and tenants.
