Consideration is given to recent leasing of similar property within the building or vicinity.

When do I receive the rent for my property?

Usually on the first of the month as outlined in the lease schedule.

How much do I have to pay as a security deposit?

Between 3 and 6 months rental, depending on the property.

What items are subject to make-good at the end of the lease term?

Items generally expected to be addressed include painting walls, steam-cleaning carpet, repairing/cleaning windows and blinds, ensuring all lighting and electrical points function, removing data cables and returning the premises to how it was described in the original condition report.

How is the tenant monitored for care of my property during their lease term?

What outgoings is the tenant responsible for?

The tenant is responsible for any outgoings that are not capital in nature, including but not limited to Council Rates, Water Rates and Owners Corporation Admin Funds.
